Olio Carpino, officially known as Azienda Agri Bio Carpino, was established in 1971 when Salvatore acquired the Chiappa estate. Today, the company boasts over 100 hectares of cultivated land, home to more than 2500 ancient olive trees.

Located in the heart of the Iblei mountains, in a hilly area at an altitude of 450/500 meters above sea level, the estate specializes in olive cultivation, cereals, and animal husbandry, with its soil predominantly clayey. It is nestled near Palazzolo Acreide, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and resides entirely within the DOP Monti Iblei territory.

The estate primarily cultivates the “Tonda Iblea” variety of olives, producing predominantly Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Their olive groves yield products renowned for their high quality, certified by Agro quality certification entity.
