Monovarietal “Tonda Iblea” Extra Virgin Olive Oil
This extra virgin olive oil is a monovarietal made exclusively from Tonda Iblea olives and has been certified as High Quality by Agroqualità through Assaprol.
The olives are carefully hand-harvested in October and November, transported in bins to the estate’s milling facility, and cold-pressed on the same day to preserve their exceptional freshness and flavor.
The oil is then stored in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks under a nitrogen seal, where it naturally decants for approximately 40 days. Without filtration, it is then bottled and prepared for sale, ensuring its rich, authentic character.
