From the ecotype that derives from the Nocellara Etna, the "Verdese" monocultivar gives an extra virgin olive oil with a spicy aftertaste in which the strong fragrances of artichoke and green tomato are perceived. The tasting denotes an intense aroma of Mediterranean scrub herbs, balanced and slightly more spicy on the palate.
